Blunderprone is gathering interested chess bloggers into ACIS (Adult Chess Improvement Seekers). I readily fit into that category.

Chess Imager is now open source
Since I created the Chess Imager script for dynamically generating chessboard images online, several people have asked me if they could have the source code so that they could install it on their own web server.
I’m happy to announce that Chess Imager is now available in open-source form.

Round 4 loss in June tournament
Here’s a game against my fellow blogger, Blunderprone. Unfortunately for me, Blunderprone did not. (Blunder, that is.)
I did, however, by exchanging queens into a disadvantageous endgame.
