I’ve just about had enough of chess blogging. If this site disappears in a few days, you’ll know why.

    Bummer, didn’t really get to exchange many ideas with you, although I’ve been busy with the whole work/school/life balance thing.

    You can always come back to blogging though.

    I wouldn’t delete it. I don’t know why you’ve had it with chess blogging. If it’s because you think you’ve run out of things to write about, that’s okay. It’s not like we get paid to be providing high quality content day in and day out. Write when you feel like it.

    I am a volunteer chess coach at three local elementary and middle schools and not a ranked player. I was fascinated by your ref to chessimager at

    so I checked
    http://code.google.com/p/chessimager/wiki/Installation

    and want to try it. But I do not understand a couple points re. installation. I have a Wordpress blog. Where do I put the ChessImager_1.10 folder and files relative to my /wordpress/ directory? Is that all that I need to do re. installation?

    My host is GoDaddy, and they were not able to shed any light on the google statement:
    Chess Imager requires that the PHP GD Library be installed on your server.

    How do I find whether godaddy has the PHP GD library installed?

    Any help would be much appreciated.
