Study update

I just finished my third pass on the level 20 problems in CT-ART.

In mid-summer I started working seriously on tactics problems again. Since then, I’ve done 425 problems in Susan Polgar’s Chess Tactics for Champions. In CT-ART I’ve done:

• 7 passes of the level 10 problems (7 * 110 = 770)
• 3 passes of the level 20 problems (3 * 285 = 855)
• 1 pass of the level 30 problems (220)

In the last couple of weeks I’ve added in other types of study, so that my daily (or almost daily) routine is now:

• 10-20 CT-ART problems
• Two games from Alekhine’s My Best Games of Chess: 1924-1937
• Several pages of Kmoch’s Pawn Power in Chess
